The Application obtains the information you provide to Google which is made available to all application developers when you download and install the Application. There is no user registration for the application and all users and user activity data are anonymous.

If you contact us for help with the application, then the information you provide us when you contact us for help is retained and used to help us resolve your question or issue.

If you use the Application’s “Send to Phone” feature – which sends a personalized route map and directions for a route that you have selected in the Application to a device that you designate – then the phone number or email that you provide is stored in order to send the information you have requested, along with information on how to get and use the application. We may also send follow on communication to provide tips or request your feedback.

We do not keep or store this as a user account, however, and your contact information will only be used to provide the service you have requested. This user information will not be shared with or used by any other parties other than The Jewish Hospital, who own and control all data associated with this application.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

This Application does collect and store precise information about the location of your mobile device when the application is open. This is necessary in order to provide turn-by-turn indoor navigation to address your wayfinding needs and other location-based features to improve your experience with The Jewish Hospital.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We do not share your information with any third parties. We do share your information that is collected for the Send to Phone feature and service with The Jewish Hospital, who are the owner of the Application.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
